What Color Are Your Emotions?

Center for Public Service & Community Research Hosts New Webinar April 29

The Center for Public Service & Community Research invites the UHD Community to answer the question, “What Color Are Your Emotions: Claiming the Power That Is Within You,” 4:30 – 6 p.m., Thursday, April 29.

This virtual webinar features UHD’s Dr. Laura Mitchell, Associate Professor of Bilingual Education in the College of Public Service, who will guide participants on discovering how can we identify our emotions and how do we name those feelings and emotions. Additionally, the active webinar will address mindfulness movement, creative journaling and doodling, and thoughtful practice as well as determine colors that represent our emotions to claim that power that is within us to better manage our lives.
