The University of Houston-Downtown is strengthened by its greatest assets … its PEOPLE.

Today, the University started welcoming more students, faculty and staff back to their offices and classrooms, after what has been more than a year for many of us. The campus may have changed in some areas, but rest assured, it's the same UHD, with modifications aimed at promoting a healthy environment for everyone.

And our Gators may look a little different too. You may not recognize some of your friends who may elect to wear masks … so, this video offers a look at some familiar faces offering words of welcome!

As you come back to campus, please know that the University has taken steps … and continues to do so each day … to ensure that our campus remains a safe place to learn and work!
