UHD's New May Term a Success

By: Mary Ann Cozza

For the first time this May, UHD has offered students the opportunity to register and take courses in a condensed May term.

According to Michael Dressman, Associate Vice President, Vice Provost, and Dean of Graduate Studies, the term has been very successful and will continue after this year.

"The winter term that UHD has offered for the past two years has been successful and we thought by adding this May term, students would be able to pick up additional classes they needed in a shorter amount of time," Dressman said.

For the "May-mester," more than 600 students registered for 44 sections. Overall, students will earn over 1800 credit hours during the month.
