UHD Wrestling Club Hosts Tri-Meet Nov. 23

This weekend, the UHD Wrestling Club Team is competing in the National Collegiate Wrestling Association (NCWA), at the UHD campus in a Tri-Meet at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23 in the UHD Jesse H. Jones Student Life Center.

The UHD Tri-Meet will feature UHD wrestling competing versus Schreiner University and Richland College in a three-team round robin wrestling meet. UHD head coach Tim Sykes is in his third season as leading the club team after serving two years as a volunteer assistant coach. The talented group this season will be competing for a conference championship spring 2020 in the NCWA Southwest Conference.

The meet also will be live streamed on Facebook Live on the UHD Sports & Fitness Facebook page starting at 10 a.m.
