Discovery Green Cinco de Mayo Concert Postponed!
UHD Thursday Night Concerts at Discovery Green with Las Fenix and Morena Roas, originally scheduled for May 5, has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 26.
Join Mark Cervenka, Director of the O’Kane Gallery, for a tour of highlights from University of Houston System Public Art's diverse collection at UHD. The event will begin at noon on Friday, May 6, in the Welcome Center. Tours are always free and open to the public. RSVP to attend.
The achievements of more than 1,600 University of Houston-Downtown students will be celebrated during two ceremonies at the 72nd Commencement on Sunday, May 15 at NRG Stadium. The noon ceremony features graduates of the College of Humanities & Social Sciences, College of Sciences & Technology, and College of Public Service, and at 4 p.m. for the Marilyn Davies College of Business and University College. Summer 2022 Virtual Financial Aid Information Session
The Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid is hosting a virtual information session on the requirements to receive summer aid, the awarding process, and financial aid deadlines, 10 – 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10. Financial aid is available in the summer for those who qualify. Learn more from the financial aid staff to get your questions answered. RSVP is required for this event.
