UHD Sports & Fitness’ Snack Smart Workshop

What is a snack, and should you eat them? The answer to this and other questions will be featured in the upcoming UHD Sports & Fitness’ Snack Smart workshop, 1 – 2 p.m., Monday, Sept. 27.

The virtual workshop will teach participants about what makes a good snack, how to choose them, and strategies to ensure that you never go hungry.
