Summer is here and UHD Sports & Fitness Is Back With Summer Fitness! This month, Sports & Fitness is hosting three workshops and the popular Slim Down Challenge.

Summer Slim Down Challenge
Join the four-week challenge. Each week, Sports & Fitness (S&F) will send participants a workout program (exercises, sets and reps). Join the S&F Facebook group, "UHD Sports & Fitness Challenge Programs," for accountability and daily encouragement.
