Equipment Orientation
Sports & Fitness trainers will get you acquainted with how to use the exercise equipment available in the Jesse H. Jones Student Life Center (SLC). This workshop is great for beginners and anyone seeking to learn more.

S&F offers health and fitness workshops to motivate healthy lifestyle changes! Learn how to integrate best practices into your lifestyle.
