UHD Retirees Return to Campus for 40th Anniversary Luncheon

More than 80 retired UHD employees returned to campus Friday for a special 40th anniversary luncheon to honor their former and continuing contributions to the University's history and success. The event, co-chaired by former UHD president Max Castillo and former provost Molly Woods, included a reception and viewing in the O'Kane Gallery and a musical excerpt from UHD theatre students.

David Bradley, vice president for administration and finance, gave opening remarks which were followed by address by president Bill Flores. Provost Ed Hugetz shared stories of student success, and Bradley closed by laying out the University's vision for the future with the Campus Master Plan.
