UHD Departments in need of additional furniture or non-IT office equipment are encouraged to view UHD Property Management's inventory.

Property Management has surplus furniture, office equipment, and classroom furniture in excellent condition, which is available for use only on the UHD campus. State of Texas procedures encourage the reuse of property within the institution. The 'as-is' items in this area are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Available property includes: desks, chairs, tables, bookshelves, podiums, and file cabinets.

To request a visit to the surplus property area, email Stephen Kidd ( kidds@uhd.edu​) or DT_FacilitiesWorkRequest. During your visit, you will mark the items you want and facilities will deliver them to your department.
