UHD In The News: Week of Dec. 17

University of Houston-Downtown Community members and intiaitives were featured in the following news items.

Associate Professor of Communication Studies Dr. Creshema Murray was interviewed on KHOU about Kamala Harris becoming the first woman and first person of color elected Vice President.

Associate Professor of History Dr. Gene Preuss was interviewed by KHOU regarding the historical significance of the 2020 election.

UHD’s Mariachi Los Caimanes was featured on FOX26’s Isiah Factor.
