Mental health and social issues affect UHD students and employees daily. Kick off your healthy lifestyle at UHD's Health Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 18 with free health screenings, food, gift bags, fitness assessments, fitness demos and information from community partners.

The event — held in the UHD Special Events Room (A300) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. will host numerous health vendors that will be able to assist, students, faculty and staff with various health and wellness topics of interest. Session topics include but aren't limited to: diagnosing depression, nutrition and healthy eating, suicide prevention and tackling procrastination.
