The Food Fair is a demonstrable example of UHD Gators' goodwill, especially during difficult times, and is one of many activities included in UHD's philanthropy during the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The University hosted a Food Fair in January, and it has more planned in the following months. Recently, the University hosted a pre-holiday Health Fair that provided groceries to Gators, and the institution continues to provide computers and devices to in-need students for online classes.
