UHD Ranks No. 17 in Texas for Best Four-Year Colleges

OnlineColleges.com ranked the University of Houston-Downtown No. 17 as one of the best four-year colleges in Texas. Using the most recent government data to evaluate accredited colleges and universities across the country, the online higher education guide focuses affordability, student services, and the availability of online programs among a variety of factors.
The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD)—the second largest university in Houston—has served the educational needs of the nation’s fourth-largest city since 1974.
As one of four distinct public universities in the University of Houston System, UHD is a comprehensive four-year university led by Interim President Dr. Antonio D. Tillis.
