Tips, screenings and wellness info highlight UHD Health Fair on Nov. 20
With the holidays just around the corner, learn how to stay or get fit and be more heathwise at UHD's biannual Health Fair 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20 in the Academic Building, Room A300.
The event will feature free health screenings, food, gift bags, fitness assessments, chair massages, fitness demos and information from more than 30 community partners. Numerous health vendors will be available to assist students, faculty and staff with various health and wellness topics of interest. A symposium of workshops also will be available.
The event is sponsored by: UHD Student Life, UHD Sports & Fitness, Veteran Services, Disability Services, Student Health Services, UHD Police Department, Employment Services & Operations, Campus Acitivties Board and the Student Goverment Association.
