"TECH NECK" Workshop Feb. 21


 

The UHD Community is invited to the "TECH NECK" workshop hosted by Sports & Fitness, noon - 1 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 21 in the One Main Building, Room N602. This educational workshop will provide prevention and exercise strategies for the most common conditions caused by the use of modern-day technology. For more information, visit uhd.edu/sportsandfitness.
