Join a 45-minute yoga class followed by a 45-minute bike ride through Downtown Houston; all levels welcomed.

Register for events in person at the Jesse H. Jones Student Life Center Member Services or email UHD Sports & Fitness to register electronically. All participants who join S&F workshops in person or online will be automatically entered in a drawing to win a prize.
