Spring into Fitness
The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) Department of Sports and Fitness announces its Spring 2017 fitness classes. Aerobics, strength training, yoga, dance and martial arts classes are offered Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., starting Jan. 23 through May 1.
