Sports and Fitness Teaches Daily Fitness Best Practices

The Sports and Fitness department is hosting a healthy workshop,"An Exercise a Day Will Keep the Doctor Away," from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, in room N602.

Whether it's your fitness regimen, eating habits, or personal hygiene practices, there are things you can do daily to stay well. During this workshop medical, fitness and wellness professionals will share best practices to help you stay healthy and out of the doctor's office for sick visits.
