Sports and Fitness Teaches Cooking 101
If you're a disaster in the kitchen and consider microwaving the last word in culinary expertise, consider attending the UHD Sports and Fitness Healthy Seminar, Cooking 101, from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, in 1099N, One Main Building.
At this workshop you will learn basic cooking tips, be a part of a cooking demonstration and taste a variety of savory dishes that are simple to prepare. Sample menus and recipes will be provided and there will also be a drawing for kitchen essentials and other cooking items.
