Sports and Fitness Hosts Workshop on Holiday Eating

Join Sports and Fitness from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, in N602 for a workshop on healthy eating during the holiday season.

The holidays that include eating sweets and large, family style meals are just around the corner. This is when Americans typically gain 10-30 pounds and then run to the gym in January looking to shed the weight.
