Sports and Fitness Gets You Spring Break Ready
From noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, S&F will host "Get Your Body Spring Break Ready" in room N1099. This seminar will teach attendees the best exercises to prepare for the beach season, as well as the least effective exercises that can do more harm than good.
Light snacks and water will be provided and there will be a drawing for personal training gift certificates and fitness gear.
