Sports and Fitness Can Help You Stay Motivated Through the Holidays
Have you fallen victim to taking a fitness break through the holidays and have difficulties getting back on track? There are many factors that contribute to a loss of motivation, but have you thought about what gives you the drive to keep going? UHD's Sports & Fitness is hosting "Staying Motivated Through The Holidays" workshop, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., on Nov. 8 in the One Main Academic Building, Room N602. Light refreshments will be provided. The workshop is free to all UHD students, staff, faculty, and Sports & Fitness membership holders.
