Sports & Fitness Hosts The Mediterranean Diet
UHD Sports & Fitness upcoming workshop, "Tasting The Mediterranean Diet," invites participants to watch and taste for good health, 2 -3 p.m., on Tuesday, April 16 in One Main Building, Room N602. Healthy, simple, delicious and affordable is the Mediterranean Diet. Participants will experience a simple one-dish cooking demostration that a whole family can enjoy.
