During this virtual challenge, participants will receive daily tips to stay on track, encouraged to share their results and tag Sports & Fitness on Instagram at #UHDsportsandfitness to be entered in a prize giveaway. Sign up for the 21-Day Walking Challenge here.
Wear your best red, pink, hearts and flowers for Sports & Fitness’s Zumba Valentine’s Party 4 - 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11.
