Sports & Fitness Hosts Healthy Workshop Series: Smoothie Mixer

Love your smoothies?

Did you know that smoothies can be loaded with nutrients or full of extra calories and sugar? With this health-focused workshop, “Smoothie Mixer,” learn how to master the art of making healthy smoothies during this fun, interactive smoothie demo from 2 - 3 p.m. on Monday, March 28, in the Academic Building’s Skyline Lounge.

Don’t forget: Sports & Fitness hosts virtual (Fridays at 2 p.m.) and in-person classes — from Zumba to yoga to kickboxing to full body workouts and much more.
