Come dressed in your favorite costume for a cardio party—Halloween Zumba Workshop—from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31, on the North Deck.
After burning calories on Halloween, learn how to master the art of healthy smoothies at the Smoothie Mixer Workshop from 1-2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 1, in One Main, Room N602.
