Sports & Fitness Hosts Deep Breath Yoga Nov.18
UHD Sports & Fitness invites you to take a deep breath with its Deep Breath Yoga workshop 2 - 3 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18 in the One Main Building, Room N602. Studies show that diaphragmatic breathing can reduce stress and increase body relaxation responses. This workshop will feature one of Houston's leading yoga teachers and author Alician Dugar Stephenso, ERYT.
