Sports & Fitness Has 'Tips for Keeping Off Holiday Pounds'

UHD Sports & Fitness is hosting a healthy seminar, "Tips for Keeping Off Holiday Pounds," from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16 in N622, One Main Building.
Many people gain weight over the holiday season and research indicates it can be anywhere from one to two pounds or even 10 pounds. These added pounds and inches can be prevented even when you're surrounded by tempting treats.
Register for this workshop and you will take away useful tips that will help you avoid gaining that holiday weight.
