Sports & Fitness Group Fitness Schedule

UHD Sports & Fitness new group fitness studio class schedule is open. These group classes, drop-in friendly, are free with a Sports & Ftiness membership. Registration is not required, except for R.A.D. All classes are held in the group fitness studio of the the third floor of the Jesse H. Jones Student Life Center.
