Sports & Fitness: Get Your FIT On With Live Studio!
Although the Student Life Center is closed for the rest of the semester, the UHD Sports & Fitness (S&F) wants you stay healthy and stay fit with its Live Studio Stream featuring online training classes. Beginning this week, Sports & Fitness is offering the following online workshops led by its staff of personal trainers*:

Sports & Fitness has implemented some security measures to prevent hacking incidents, including encouraging users to download necessary updates to their Zoom client. As an added measure, there is a Zoom waiting lobby for the classes. In addition, users will not be able to chat during the class or change their name. If misconduct is observed during the sessions, users may be removed from the class.
