The UHD Scholars Academy will hold its 15th annual Graduate School and Internship Fair Oct. 24 in the Special Events room (A300). All faculty and students from the College of Sciences and Technology (CST) are invited to attend the event, which will include representatives from graduate schools and industry internship programs within the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.

CST students who participated in summer research projects will display their findings during the event. Teresa Martinez, winner of the 2014 Women in Manufacturing STEP award and materials scientist at HOERBIGER, will deliver the keynote address. Martinez led the creation of HOERBIGER's state of the art materials testing lab, improving the company's efficiency and ability to deliver quality products and service to its customers.
