Safe Dating Program Just in Time for Valentine's Day

kissOn Thursday, Feb. 14 from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in A300, SSEM and ESO are hosting the powerful and challenging program for students, staff, and faculty titled "Can I Kiss You?" This is a safe dating program that is critically-acclaimed for being humorous, hard-hitting and interactive. It gets participants to take action by providing each person with "how to" skills for verbal consent, respecting boundaries, bystander intervention and supporting abuse survivors.

Presented by the Founder of The DATE SAFE Project, Mike Domitrz (a critically-acclaimed author, expert, and speaker), "Can I Kiss You?" takes an in-depth look at how people are taught to fail at communicating and respecting one another.

Pizza will be provided for attendees.
