The results are in! The University of Houston-Downtown ranks at No. 18 among “The Best Online Colleges & Schools in Texas” by Study.com.

More than 40 million visitors per month use Study.com to research potential schools, degrees, and careers, and the 2020 rankings of the best distance-learning programs in Texas help the site’s users learn about UHD’s online offerings.

In compiling the list, Study.com looked at Department of Education data like tuition costs and graduate rates as well as the support services and resources these institutions provide its distance-learning students, including free online tutoring, writing help and career development assistance.

After evaluating hundreds of Texas schools for this list, UHD ranked based on academic and career resources for online students, the quality of education, faculty, and more.
