Need Furniture? UHD Property Management Can Help!

If your department needs additional furniture or office equipment (non-IT) but doesn't have the budget, UHD Property Management is here for you!

With a significant inventory of surplus furniture, office equipment, and classroom furniture is in excellent condition and UHD Property Management makes it easy.

  • Surplus property is available for only on-campus use; it is not for work or personal use off campus. 
  • State of Texas procedures encourage the reuse of property within the university. 
  • Surplus items are available on a first-come, first-served, as-is, basis.
