Mindful Eating Workshop: Feb. 7

 

Learn about the concept of 'mindful eating' healthy workshop hosted by UHD Sports & Ftiness, 1-2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7 in One Main Building, Room N602. The workshop will address how to be mindful when you eat by slowing down and taking time to be award of what you are eating and how to incorporate the many areas of mindful eating into a busy lifestyle.
