Mental Health First Aid Workshop Jan. 27
UHD Counseling Services is inviting the Campus Community to a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) workshop, which will be offered throughout the Spring semester. MFHA teaches 
participants to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance abuse in adults. The upcoming workshop is 8 a.m. - 5 p.m on Friday, Jan. 27, in the One Main Building, N1099. Spaces are limited. Register today. Registration deadline is Jan. 23.
