Marilyn Davies College of Business Hosts Business Alumni Conference
The Marilyn Davies College of Business hosted a Business Alumni Conference on Saturday, July 10 at UHD’s Shea Street Building. The event featured speakers, which included UHD business professors and corporate professionals who addressed a variety of career-oriented topics, such as managing personnel, acquisitions and the effects of COVID-19 and business.
Assistant Professor of Business Dietrich Von Biedenfeld helped organize the event as a way for the College of Business faculty to maximize their time and talents to be available to alumni.
“This event provided presentations by subject-matter experts to refresh alumni recollection, address practical questions and demonstrate value of a UHD education to graduates,” he said. “This event also served as a prime a networking opportunity to strengthen the Gator connections among alums.”
