UHD hosted its annual Staff Service Awards Friday, Aug. 1, to honor long-serving employees of the University.

After a welcome from President Flores, staff members with five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service, as well as recent retirees were honored and presented with crystal awards.

Staff Council Advisory Team spearheaded the event, as well as Liza Alonzo, assistant dean of students, and her team, and their efforts to make the event a success are much appreciated.
