Learn to Build Muscle and Avoid Injury with Sports and Fitness Program

Sports and Fitness will offer a session entitled "How to Get R.I.P.P.E.D." to teach members how to strength train in a safe, healthy manner. The acronym R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for the techniques and methods used to build a stronger physique:

- Resistance

- Interval

- Power

- Plyometrics

- Endurance

- Diet

The class will take place in N-602 on Thursday, Sept. 25 at noon. Students, faculty and staff can register online or in-person at Student Life Center Member Services.
