Landing Theatre Company Stages Readings of New Urban Drama

Calling theater enthusiasts! The Landing Theatre Company, UHD's company in residence, will present staged readings of A. Xandrea Shane's new play, Rushing Roulette, at 7 p.m. Aug. 13 and 14 in the Cullen Robertson Auditorium.

This event will include staged readings with music, choreography and talkbacks. David Rainey, UHD instructor and Resident Artist in Drama, directs this play that follows the complicated relationship of longtime dance partners in New York City.

The Company calls Rushing Roulette a "powerful, sexy, dance-infused urban drama," so don't miss this unique behind-the-scenes opportunity. Admission to the staged readings is free, but donations are always accepted. For more information, visit the Landing Theatre Company's website.
