IT to Perform Upgrade
The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) Information Technology team will perform a software upgrade to the Banner Student Records System. The planned downtime will affect several services beginning Friday, July 22 at 5 p.m., and lasting through 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 26.
During the downtime, the following services will be unavailable:
- Banner
- Banner Financial Aid
- Faculty and Staff e-services (payments, personal data and class roster)
- Student e-services (registration, payments, schedules, personal data and grades)
- Access to student account information in e-services (usernames and passwords for GatorMail, Network ID and Blackboard)
- AdAstra
Please note that Blackboard will NOT be affected.
