IT Service Desk Support Hours For Winter Term 2018
Please note that UHD’s Information Technology Service Desk (713-221-8031, ext., 3000, firstname.lastname@example.org) will be open to provide support to students, faculty & staff during Winter Term and the Winter Holiday.
IT Service Desk hours will be as follows:
December 17-23: 7 a.m. - 12 midnight. (Winter Term begins on December 17)
December 24: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
December 25: Closed (for IT emergencies, contact the University Police at 713-221-8065 and ask for the IT Manager on call to be notified)
December 26-30: 7 a.m. - 12 midnight
December 31: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
January 1: Closed (for IT emergencies, contact the University Police at 713-221-8065 and ask for the IT Manager on call to be notified)
January 2-4: 7 a.m. - 12 midnight (Winter Term ends on January 4)
This information will be shared with all students taking Winter Term classes.
