Hits Keep Coming for UHD College of Business

2016 was a banner year for the University of Houston-Downtown's College of Business. Its graduate and online programs received kudos in national, state and local rankings. Although the year has come to a close, the hits keep coming for the college.

Recently, the College was ranked eighth as one of the "10 Best Online Business Schools in Texas for 2016" by College Choice for its interdisciplinary program, which provides students with the practical and theoretical skills necessary to succeed after graduation.

"The program offers students the option to tailor their course work to meet their individual goals," College Choice reports. "Whether they lean toward entrepreneurial pursuits, or careers in land management, international business law or any a wide range of areas."

The College's inclusion on the "10 Best Online Business Schools in Texas" complements other accolades received in 2016. The College earned top rankings for online programs in finance and international business and Affordable Online Bachelor's Degree in the nation by Best Online Colleges. In December, the "Houston Business Journal" ranked the College's Master of Business Administration program as the largest in the city.
