Healthy Workshop: Fitting In Fitness
Sports & Fitness inivites the UHD community to its upcoming healthy workshop, " Fitting In Fitness," on Thursday, Sept. 27, from 3 to 4 p.m. in Room N602 of the One Main Building.
The fall workshop educates participants on how to fit in fitness through time management, understanding the benefits of fitness and how to make your health priority. The workshop is free to all UHD students, staff, faculty, and Sports & Fitness membership holders.
