Sports & Fitness Hosts Workshop Nov. 14

UHD Sports & Ftiness understands the joys and challenges of healthy eating. Just because it is the holidays does not mean you have to wreck your success. Utilize some of the best healthy practices taught in the "Healthy Eating Through The Holidays" workshop to keep you on track. The informational session will be held from 2-3 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14 in the One Main Building, Room N602. Learn more at UHD Sports & Fitness.
