Healthy Eating on a Budget? Sports & Fitness Is Here to Help
UHD Sports & Fitness is hosting “Healthy Eating Habits on a Budget” 2-3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27 in the Shea Street Building, Room B110.
The workshop features registered dietitian Dolores Woods who will provide tips for shopping to help maintain optimal wellness—to become a smart and informed consumer while getting the best nutritional value for your dollar.
Light refreshments and healthy snacks will be provided. Attend in person to enter a drawing for special a special UHD Sports & Fitness prize.
