Grab Your Lunch and Attend UHD Lunchtime Theatre
University of Houston‑Downtown drama students will perform the 15-minute play, "Historia Del Hombre Que Se Convirtió En Perro," by Osvaldo Dragún in Spanish, followed by a 30-minute performance of Ntozake "Zake" Shange's, "for colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enuf," Monday, April 18, through Friday, April 22. Each performance runs from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., in the O'Kane Theatre. Admission is free and guests may enjoy their lunch while watching the performances. The theatre opens 30 minutes before curtain. Guests are encouraged to arrive early.
