Get Ready to Run: Santo De Mayo 5K

It’s time again for the annual Santo De Mayo 5K Run or Walk! Presented by University of Houston-Downtown (UHD), runners and walkers can join fellow Houstonians on Sunday, May 5 at Saint Arnold Brewing Company (2000 Lyons Ave)—Texas’ oldest craft brewery.

As sponsor, UHD is offering discounts for runners who are students, faculty, staff and alumni. Use the following codes to receive a 15 percent discount off of registration fees.:

  • Students use code: UHDGATOR 
  • Alumni use code: UHDALUMNI
  • Faculty/Staff use code: UHDSTAFF

To ensure the continued success of this event, UHD is seeking 100 volunteers—faculty, staff, students and alumni. Students who are interested can earn volunteer hours. If interested in volunteering, sign up today!
