Get Fit On Us: Employee Wellness Scholarship

The new Wellness & Success Center (WSC) is buzzing with activity, and it has something for everyone! Members of the WSC enjoy amazing sports, fitness, and wellness programming including:

To support employees in achieving their wellness goals, Employment Services & Operations and Sports & Fitness are collaborating to offer a limited number of scholarships available to UHD employees to offset the cost of membership at the WSC. Scholarship recipients enjoy access to the WSC during operating hours, including peak hours, for only $20/month. This means that scholarship recipients can choose to use the WSC before work, after work, on the weekends, or even during work hours if they take advantage of the Fitness Release Time program**!

WSC Hours (subject to change):

  • Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday: 6 a.m.–7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
  • Sunday: Noon–4 p.m.

*Additional fees may be required for certain programs.
**The Fitness Release Time program is available to full-time benefits-eligible staff members with supervisor approval.
